CER01 - Coaching Clinic® Certification Program

Coaching Clinic® is a two-day leadership certification course designed to cultivate managerial, leadership, and supervisory skills in using coaching techniques and questioning skills to assist teams in achieving their desired goals.

The Coaching Clinic® certificate course combines knowledge, skills, and practical techniques to equip managers with the ability to adapt to situations, efficiently utilize resources, and quickly assess outcomes.

The Coaching Clinic® certification course has been applied in numerous enterprises or organizations, proven to achieve:

Scope/Application

As coaching techniques can flexibly adapt to specific goals of enterprises and organizations, its applications and target audiences are diverse, including: Managers, Sales Managers, Human Resources, Trainers, Social Workers (Others: Enterprises interested in promoting a coaching culture, Participants looking to enhance leadership and goal management skills) (Life Aspects: Parents (Parenting Coaches), Partners (Relationship Coaches), etc.)


Course Features

  • Integrating the application psychology style of mentors with business and life examples, flexibly applied in daily life.
  • Internalizing and integrating the concept and skills of "coaching manager" into corporate and employee management.
  • Receives international certification from Corporate Coach U and awards the Coaching Clinic® certificate.
  • Upon completion of the course, participants can receive a "Coaching Manager" practical plan: 1-on-1 coaching service (45 minutes)

Unit One: Being a Coach

Participants will re-examine themselves and identify their growth and development direction to lay a foundation for embarking on the coaching journey:

  • Coaching & Managing
  • Personal Paradigm Shifts


Unit Two: Coaching Conversation Model®

"Coaching managers" will utilize the Coaching Conversation in five stages:

  • Establish Focus
  • Discover Possibilities
  • Plan the Action
  • Remove Barriers
  • Recap


Unit Three: Workplace Coaching Skills

 "Coaching managers" need to learn to use different questioning techniques to help themselves and others discover blind spots in their thinking and establish their best methods. By asking the right questions, communication is effective. "Coaching managers" will practice various skills, including:

Unit Four: Personal Coaching Style Inventory®

PCSI® (Personal Coaching Styles Inventory®) is a self-assessment tool tailored for coaching nature, aimed at helping managers and leaders (coaches) identify individual coaching styles and apply them to team members (coachee) to enhance the appropriateness and effectiveness of each coaching process. The usage of PCSI® is simple and straightforward, requiring only a 5-minute self-assessment to identify your coaching style and learn how to self-adjust, promoting better coaching relationships between "coaching managers" and employees. Learn to use the PCSI® assessment tool to discover and develop your personal coaching style. Four coaching styles:

  • Directing Style
  • Presenting Style
  • Mediating Style
  • Strategizing Style


Unit Five: Coaching in Organisation

Upon returning to the office, "coaching managers," when applying various coaching techniques in their work roles, can unleash the full power of coaching by introducing a coaching culture into the enterprise, permeating relevant levels of the team and gaining support. This unit will assist each "coaching manager" in learning to use coaching to enhance their own and their employees' sense of participation and execution, and establish a suitable "internalized coaching action plan" for their enterprise. It includes:

  • Action plan combining coaching methods with leadership
  • Integrated coaching skills practice (adapted to the situations faced by participants, practical application of coaching skills)


Course Information/Details

Time: 10:00-18:00 (7 hours per day, total of 14 hours)

Language of Instruction: Cantonese (Some content will be supplemented in English)
