Kerwin Ho
Kerwin with more than ten years of training and consulting experience, he was responsible for training business at a well-known certification agency in Hong Kong. He is good at applied psychology and promoting physical and mental health in the workplace.

Kerwin once worked for a clothing retail group, training customer service teams, and won the Outstanding Service Award from the Hong Kong Retail Management Association and the Mystery Shopper Program-Best Service Retailer of the Year award for three consecutive years. At the same time, training programs are designed for its brands to comprehensively improve the customer service performance of the company's brands. The training project also won the Hong Kong Business and Industry Awards: Customer Service Award from the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and the Hong Kong Retail Management Association. She was also invited by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association to serve as a guest speaker to share her service experience.

As a psycho-linguistic programming practitioner and internationally recognized coach, Kerwin applies psychology to emotional management, service mentality, complaint management, communication skills, coaching skills, team building, sales skills and presentation skills, etc. Design training programs in different areas to serve various service industries and social organizations.
