Course Introduction

"I just said that a moment ago!" With the rapid pace of urban life, I find myself having fewer opportunities for patient listening, which affects interpersonal communication skills. The explosion of external information and the "mental noise" within often lead us into busy and distracted states, making it difficult to communicate effectively with others.

This course is specifically designed to enhance participants' communication skills through effective listening techniques. Participants will master "Active Listening" to improve daily communication, even understanding the feelings and thoughts behind what others say, deepening dialogue content, invoking empathy, and strengthening connections between individuals.

Course Content

• Apply deep listening to understand the true nature of events, the emotions hidden by the other party, and the values ​​behind their words.
• Provide listening exercises: listening to the thoughts of others.
• Reflect on which "level of listening" participants achieve in their daily lives.
• Learn how to ask questions to deepen dialogue content (e.g., What constitutes a powerful question? / Open-ended questions vs. closed-ended questions).
• Understand the challenges encountered when asking questions and how to address them.
• Understand the communication approach of human-centered vs. task-centered.
• Provide on-the-spot demonstrations: How to pique the other party's interest and engage in conversation with them.

Workshop Format The course is delivered in a relaxed manner, featuring interesting examples and shared experiences, complemented by interactive games, practice demonstrations, and group discussions.
