Course Introduction

Communication issues are one of the challenges that teams often face in the modern workplace. People with different personalities may have different communication styles. Some may prefer direct and clear communication, while others may lean towards indirect and diplomatic expressions. These differences can lead to communication barriers, making it difficult to convey or understand information clearly. It may even lead to misinterpretations or omissions, affecting the effectiveness of communication.

Everything DiSC® Personality Analysis is a workplace tool. Applying "DiSC" in workplace management and interpersonal relationships can help individuals better understand their own and others' personality traits. This course uses "DiSC" to help participants gain a better understanding of themselves. Participants can try to capture their natural reactions and tendencies in different situations and become aware of how these reactions may affect communication and relationships. This awareness helps in improving our communication styles and speeding up trust-building.

Course Content

• Understanding facts, the other party's emotions, values, etc., through listening.
• Conducting Everything DiSC® Personality Analysis.
• Using the model to analyze one's own and others' styles.
• Understanding participants' different styles, strengths, and blind spots.
• Applying "DiSC" personality analysis: Improving communication and interaction styles.
• Providing on-the-spot demonstrations: How to apply "DiSC" in workplace scenarios (e.g., workplace management, interpersonal relationships, sales, and persuasion, etc.). Note: Content can be adjusted based on format and time, and individual personality test analysis and detailed reports can also be provided.

Workshop Format The course is delivered in a relaxed manner, featuring interesting examples and shared experiences, complemented by interactive games, practice demonstrations, and group discussions.
